 | | | Perennials for Sun or Part Shade: Columbine (Aquilegia)
The flower's structure encourages long tongued insects such as bumblebees and Hawk moths. White flowers like this can be found in the wild, but they are more normally blue or purple. They will tolerate some shade and self seed prolifically, which the birds enjoy. We also offer Aquilegia vulgaris in our herb collections.

If we cannot find exactly the variety you would like in the nursery at the moment and we can find a very close alternative, we hope it is acceptable to supply it in lieu. Before we do so, however, we will ask you if you would be happy to accept a substitute.
