These plants are a generous 6 cm deep and come in mixed trays of 104, meaning they are 67p a plant inc. VAT and delivery. Use 5 per square metre. This is a useful way of quickly establishing plants, particularly in existing sward and/or for smaller areas - see our Plug Planting Guide for details, or the Hazlegrove wildlife pond for an illustration. This mix will help recreate one of our most threatened native habitats; visit Natural England's native plant database to view a picture of each plant and see which animal species it is associated with.
Our suppliers are signatories to the Flora Locale code of practice, as are our wildflower seed mix suppliers. All the plants are grown from guaranteed native seed, most of which is collected by the suppliers themselves.
