This variety of Winter Cherry has masses of semi-double pinky-white flowers opening from deeper pink buds, which give it its alternative name of Rosebud Cherry. Prunus x subhirtella 'Autumnalis' has attractive foliage which turns from pale bronze in the spring to yellow in the autumn.
