Upright purple/blue flower spikes and aromatic foliage. Many culinary uses, and Rosemary honey is delicious. As a Mediterranean plant it is drought resistant, but will not do well on clay. Will make an attractive fragrant medium sized hedge.

officinalis 'Jackman's Prostrate': pale blue, semi-prostrate
officinalis 'Majorca Pink': pink flowers

For butterflies, although you will find some nectar plants in this section which are also food plants for caterpillars, you will find many more in wildflower plugs, wildflower seeds, and native trees and shrubs.
