| | | Round-headed Leek (Allium spaerocephalon) Round-headed Leeks (Allium sphaerocephalon) are much more attractive than they sound! Their small round umbels of purple flowers make a helpful addition to borders when planted in numbers, and are a useful source of nectar. They flower in mid summer, and reach a height of about 2 feet. Round-headed Leeks have only been found on one site in the wild in the U.K. Like all our native bulbs, our Allium spaerocephalon come from an isolated nursery in deepest Wales, where they are lifted to order. We sell Round-headed Leeks in units of 20 or 100 bulbs. Please note that they are despatched from August to October.
Supplier : Shipton Bulbs We donate half of our profit from sales of Round-headed Leeks to The British Beekeepers' Association
