 | | | Shade Loving Perennials: Sweet box (Sarcococca) Sarcococca is a really useful and often over-looked small evergreen, flourishing in shady difficult corners, flowering in the depths of winter and smelling deliciously of honey. We have a lovely bush by the front door. Good cover for small birds, which also eat its berries, and forage for honey bees on a warm February day.
