Cherry Tree - Early Rivers
Origin: Sawbridgeworth, 1872
Cherry Type: Dessert
Size : Maiden

Early Rivers is called "Early" as it's the earliest black cherry to ripen. Not only is it early, but the tree crops heavily and its delicious cherries have very small stones. The tree was grown from a seedling of Early Purple Gean by Thomas River. Self-fertile.
