Chives (Allium schoenoprasum var anglicum)
These chives are great fun and highly unusual - did you know there was a form of the kitchen herb which was native to Britain? Allium schoenoprasum var anglicum is a very attractive plant, with curly leaves but an instantly recognizable chive flower. Chives are excellent and long flowering bee plants. Like all our native bulbs, our wild chives come from an isolated nursery in deepest Wales, where they are lifted to order. We sell 'British chives' in units of 5 bulbs, which are delivered between August and October.
