Toadflax (Linaria vulgaris)Toadflax looks like a snapdragon, and it's one of our poshest wildflowers. It's pollinated by larger bees, which can force their way into the flowers. Toadflax grows on dryer soils and in most locations, where its seed can be sown at any time of year. Not only does it flower from May to October but its stems last very well as cut flowers too.
