We have put together a value collection of 5 traditional fruit trees as recommended by our very British supplier in Yorkshire to give you a kitchen orchard. We asked R.V.Roger to come up with a selection of tasty, attractive and easily grown varieties. The rootstocks for these trees has been selected to produce proper sized fruit trees up to 4m tall which won't need staking, or which will happily grow in large sized pots to give you much smaller trees if space in your back garden is at a premium. We hope our kitchen orchard will give you and your family a richly rewarding experience.

The trees are supplied as maidens - small plants which will establish well and quickly. Good things come to those who wait.

All these trees are bare root. If you do not plant your plants on receipt, they should be unwrapped and either heeled in, or soaked in cold water for 10-15 minutes before replacing in their packaging, then left in a cool frost free place before planting within 14 days. A small percentage of bare root plants will fail, but this can be considerably reduced by making sure the roots do not dry out while planting.
