Lily-of-the-valley (Convallaria majalis)
The delicate white bell flowers of Lily-of-the-valley (Convallaria majalis) produce a delicious fragrance in June. As a native woodland plant, Lily-of-the-valley is a helpful addition to any shaded area in the garden, although beware - all parts of the plant are poisonous. Please note that Lily-of-the-valley rhizomes are lifted to order in our supplier's isolated nursery in Wales and despatched in late autumn or spring in units of either 10 or 50.
