Round-headed Leek (Allium sphaerocephalon) Bulbs

Round-headed Leeks are much more attractive than they sound! Their small round umbels of purple flowers make a helpful addition to borders when planted in numbers - they've managed to self seed across our flowerbeds very nicely! They flower in mid summer and like all alliums are a good source of nectar. They reach a height of about 2 feet.

Like a number of our other native bulbs, our Allium sphaerocephalon come from an isolated nursery in deepest Wales, where they are lifted to order. We sell them in units of 20 or 100 bulbs. Please note that they are despatched after flowering, from August to October.
