Special General Purpose Wildflower Meadow Seed

Our premium seed mix for 2025/6 is brush harvested from a site in Gloucestershire. We've added a few cornfield annuals to give you colour in the first year too. It offers excellent value for sites on broadly neutral well drained soils.

About This Wildflower Meadow Seed Mix

This mix is brush harvested from an ancient meadow in Gloucestershire. It has a high and diverse wildflower element, as well as a good range of native wild grasses.

This mix is very floral, and includes a good dose of Yellow Rattle (Rhinanthus minor). It's freshly harvested and immaculately cleaned by one of the leading wildflower seed harvesters in the country.

Your purchase helps us support a range of charities, which are related to the products we sell.

We strongly recommend reading up on wildflower meadows before buying seed - see our resources section, which includes links to our "how to" blogs and video.

Although we test our seed and it has high germination rates, you need to be careful about initial care and establishing an annual regime. Don't be put off though - once you get the hang of it it's pretty straightforward.
