Cotswolds Meadow Seed Mix
This is a lovely meadow mix harvested from an imaculate farm outside Cheltenham, on brash. It's a lovely diverse mix of wildflowers and grasses.
We would categorise this mix as MG5a - a typical mix for a range of well drained neutral soils in lowland Britain. It's a resilient and diverse starter mix for a new meadow on this kind of soil and has a strong element of plants from the clover family - great for bees. The rather gloomy photo is from the harvesters, taken just before they harvested the seed.
We sell this mix in smaller quantities through our sister website, British Wildflower Meadow Seeds.
